Training & Credentials
Dr. Ghadri completed advanced specialty training in periodontology following dental school, with focused training in surgical technique, implant placement, and regenerative therapies.
He holds board certification in periodontology and maintains active membership in the American Academy of Periodontology.
Credentials at a Glance:

Most dentists can treat early-stage gum disease. A periodontist is what you need when it’s gone further — or when the procedure involves bone, implants, or tissue that requires surgical precision to get right.
The difference is training. After four years of dental school, a periodontist completes three additional years of specialty residency focused entirely on the structures that support your teeth. By the time they treat independent patients, they’ve performed procedures that most general dentists see only occasionally.
That depth of repetition and focus shows up in outcomes. It shows up in how complications are handled. And it shows up in the confidence a patient feels when they know the person treating them has done this — specifically this — thousands of times.
When your dentist refers you to a specialist, that’s not a detour. It’s the right call.
Dr. Ghadri sees every patient personally. At OSYNTRA, the doctor who evaluates you is the doctor who treats you.
His consultations are not rushed. He takes time to understand what the patient has already been through, to explain what’s happening in language that makes sense, and to walk through every option clearly before anything is decided. Patients leave knowing exactly where things stand.
That approach isn’t incidental to the practice. It’s the foundation of it.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
Periodontal care works best when it starts early. If you’ve been referred by your dentist, or if something doesn’t feel right, a consultation is the right first move.
